Shipping Policy
After orders have been placed please allow 72 hours to process your order. Orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days (Mon-Fri). We are NOT responsible for any lost , stolen , or damaged packages. Please contact your local post office for any issues concerning lost packages. Please note that the billing address and shipping address MUST match. Your order will be canceled if they do not match. Please email us for any issues prior to placing your order. We ship within the United States only at this time.
Refunds
There are NO refunds, all sales are FINAL. Please ensure that you have read over our policies prior to order placement. Please contact illussohair01@gmail.com for any further questions.
Cancellations/Exchanges
You have 24 hours after order placement to change/cancel your order. Exchanges are ONLY allowed for items that are a mistake on our behalf. In order to be eligible for an exchange items MUST be unworn, unused, & its ORIGINAL packaging. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Pre-Order
Please note that it is imperative to understand our pre order policy. Please allow 7-10 days for processing and 3-5 days for shipping. Please note that shipping and processing times are not the same. Pre orders and hair in stock have two different processing and shipping times. Please do not order if you are not willing to wait for your extensions.
